Orange Loaf Bliss

Growing up, I remember my mom used to make a mouth-watering lemon loaf. You could almost smell the lemon-y goodness as soon as you were at our driveway and the intoxicating scent grew the closer you got to the back door.

I’m obsessed with anything citrus and when I saw this recipe from Rogers Foods for their Orange Loaf–I just had to try it.

I used fresh squeezed OJ (with my thrifted glass juicer) and added chopped walnuts which the recipe called for. This was made, sliced, ate, given and gone within two days. A keeper!
